I also speak very quickly with 'technical terminology'. I often do this if I am summarizing a study I read where it might be likely that the listener has already heard about it, the conclusions are obvious, or the topic may be boring to someone I was talking to merely attempting to express polite interest in something general. I am not intentionally mimicking the girl from "Real Genius", and my brain does not really move more quickly than the brains of others beyond what little advance I have received with video game training - I just retrieve large blocks of information from my memory all at once, as you may if you were asked to explain in great detail what you had for breakfast this morning.
