Aren’t you worried about getting Parkinson’s disease from the pesticides on all of the fruits and vegetables you eat?

Yes. Organic food may be better in that regard (although it isn’t nutritionally according to several studies) but organic food has a greater environmental cost due to the resources involved in making it. I try to eat a diet rich in whole grains, fiber, nuts, and so forth with plenty of fruits and vegetables and water, filtered to prevent the presence of some of the toxins involved with traveling through and remnant medication molecules left after water treatment processes in all major cities- like birth control pills, anti-seizure medications and anti-depressants (or drugs). The carbon filter of course adds bucky balls which release free-radicals into one’s system so one must cancel these out with antioxidants (which may cancel out some of the beneficial effects of exercise by
siphoning out iron)
