Why do you look like Animal from the muppets / Mr. Clean?

I get one haircut a year during the hottest part of the Summer for free, because I grow my hair out for the charity Locks of Love and my pili regenerate quickly enough that they are just long enough by the next year to make a wig for a child with alopecia or cancer needing chemotherapy, leaving me completely bald for about a week and a half. As of writing this I have donated three times. I grow a beard sometimes in the winter because my face is cold and I bike everywhere and I don’t really care that much about my appearance.
